Leadership Development

Innovate, Integrate, Elevate
The Innovate, Integrate, Elevate (IIE) program offers pastors an opportunity to learn from subject matter experts, collaborate with a community of other innovative pastors, and access resources and inspiration to be agents of change in their churches, communities, and the annual conference.
Bold, Brave, and Breakthru Programming
The IIE program is broken into unique activations designed to empower current and future leaders.
Innovate
Cohorts of entrepreneurial pastors who have the potential and drive to be dynamic leaders in their churches, their communities and within the conference. These cohorts may be created based on common identities such as Innovate for Women and Innovate for Portuguese Speaking Congregations.
Integrate
A cohort of pastors in cross racial – cross cultural appointments who can contribute to and benefit from a supportive community of driven pastors living a similar experience.
Boost
A series of events, workshops, and retreats geared towards part-time licensed local pastors who have great potential in this vocation, limited time for extended, cohort based programming, and desire to be in community with similarly appointed multi-vocational pastors.
Activate
A program designed for pastors who have completed an IIE Leadership Cohort to put their learning and experience to use in partnership with a team from their congregation. Each church follows a structured 8-month program to Discern, Define, Design, and Deploy a ministry program that utilizes the strengths and assets of the church to identify and meet a need in the community.
Other Opportunities
IIE also offers other opportunities for IIE participants and those not yet involved to attend learning, development, and community building events.
