Investment Polices & Performance
NEW CUSTOMERS - Opening a New Account

  • STEP 1

  • STEP 2

    • Select 2 (two) Contact Persons, one primary and one secondary, as liasons for your church
    • Have them complete their respective sections on Schedule A (3rd page of the Trust Agreement)

  • STEP 3

    • Complete New Account Deposit Form and return with check made out to UMFNE
    • Indicate the Model Portfolio you want to invest in and how you want quarterly dividends handled
    • Primary Contact Person then signs form

  • STEP 4

    • Return all 3 (three) pages  with deposit check to:

              UMFNE / 42 Route 111 / Suite 200

              Derry NH  03038

    • Once processing is complete, you will receive a folder containing transaction forms, pertinent information and a copy of your signed Trust Agreement
